BCIC College is an educational organisation of BCIC (Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation). And BCIC College Rover Scout Group is an important part of BCIC College which was founded in 2000 by Mohammad Ashraful Islam P.R.S. BCIC College Rover Scout Group now have two unit one for boys and one for girls. The one unit of girls is called BCIC College Girl-in Rover Unit. Teacher's of BCIC College are very helpful they always helps to fulfill a scout his/her duty. It is one of the most active Rover Scout Group from Dhaka Zila Rover. It is well known by everyone for its active & hark-working members.

Ashok Kumar Saha is the principle of BCIC College. He had been promoted currently as the President of BCIC College Rover Scout Group. He is really a gentle man. He always encourages the rovers to attend all the programmes.

Mohammad Asraful Islam is the 23rd President Rover Scout of Bangladesh Scouts. He got his PRS from Rajshahi University in 1983. He is a wood badger also. He is the founder of BCIC College Rover Scout Group which was founded at 2000. He is the founder secretary of BCIC College Rover Scout Group.In December 2016 he leave his post secretary for his promotion and Transfer, He was appointed as Principal of Jamuna Fartilizer College, Jamalpur.

Kazi Sultana Rajia 1st lady Rover Scout Leader of BCIC College Rover Scout Group. She completed her RSL Basic Course in 2012. She was the RSL of the Girl-in Rover Unit of BCIC College Rover Scout Group. Currently she is Secretary of BCIC College Rover Scout Group.

M. H. Mehmud Ahmed started his scouting life when he was in class five from Islamee Adarshe High School Scout Group. He was appointed as Senior Patrol Leader of Islamee Adarshe High School Scout Group at 2009. After passing SSC he admitted at BCIC College and joined BCIC College Rover Scout Group. In 2013 he appointed as 13th Senior Rover Mate of BCIC College Rover Scout Group. After passing his College life he joined Brownsea Open Scout Group. Currently he is Senior Rover Mate of Brownsea Open Rover Scout Group. In 14 April 2016 he appointed as Chief Advisor of Central Committee of BCIC College Rover Scout Group.
